Provide Documentation

Receive Offer Letter
Upon successful verification of your documents, our Admissions team will issue your official Conditional Offer Letter directly to your phone.
EMGS Registration
Once your deposit is confirmed, we will officially upload your profile into the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) system to initiate your student visa.
VAL Approval
We will actively monitor your EMGS progress. Once your status reaches 70%, your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) will be generated and sent to you.
Complete Initial Payment
Secure your enrollment by completing your initial tuition fee payment as outlined in your official offer letter.
Transportation Arrangements
With your printed VAL and Offer Letter, visit your local Malaysian embassy to obtain your Single Entry Visa (SEV). Book your flight to arrive in KL (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm) and WhatsApp us your itinerary.
Immigration Processing
Upon landing, our International Student Services team will be there to assist you.
Reaching in Kuala Lumpur
Once you have passed through immigration and collected your luggage, we will safely transfer you to your accommodation. Please note that a mandatory medical screening must be completed within 7 days of arrival.
